Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a professional photographer and you don’t have to write a whole story from scratch – our short questionnaire gives you simple guidelines with prompts and multiple choice questions.

What to expect
Once you have purchased your package and submitted your creative briefing, our team of experts will curate a personalised mood board filled with product and decor suggestions tailored just for you. You will have one review where you can request certain items to be exchanged. The final version will come with a shopping list and pricing, so you’ll be able to select and purchase any of these items, making your decorating journey a breeze.
Please understand that shipping costs will be calculated separately depending on the size and weight of your order, availability period and location.

After completing your payment for the Online Styling Consultation service, you will receive a comprehensive receipt confirming your purchase. This receipt will detail the service acquired, namely a personalised styling mood board and item list for your room, with an explicit mention of the refund. This refund will be applicable upon your purchase of products valued at least $1,800.
Additionally, the receipt will include a link and instructions to access the online Creative Briefing form. This form serves as a vital questionnaire, designed to unearth your unique style preferences, favoured elements, and room details, streamlining our process to tailor your dream room.
Take the time you need to fill in the form before you submit it. We may contact clients occasionally to clarify any details. Once all questions are answered, you will receive your room styling proposal within 3-7 working days.
